I will keep this short. I bought 2 Camry’s in the last year and the only problem I had was with the 2019 black Camry I just recently purchased. The backseat door edge behind the drivers side came out the 2nd week I had it. Just took it in yesterday to get it fixed at Longo Toyota. I get a call at 2:30 saying that I need to call my insurance company because it can’t be fixed under warranty. My 2019 Camry is 5 weeks old with warranty. My day on Thursday was not accomplished because of the ignorance of a Toyota service team that kept my car for 7 hrs held aside and not cared for. When I received my car it was never washed. I get a call from Eric my service team member to notify me that nothing can be done. I was very confused! A new car and no explanations. I was denied with the claim go Toyota , thinking this was something I can rely on somewhere with the corporate company. I decided to call Tustin Toyota to see what my options were since I had no where else to take or explain the warranty options of my vehicle. My car today was taken care of at Tustin Toyota! They assured me that this was a frequent problem with the door edge coming off and it happens all the time. They were confused on why they withheld my time and didn’t want to do anything about it , but to stick to their words. Not sure this is going to help while I’m explaining myself knowing cooperate Toyota did not help me with this. Whoever reads this please endure yourself. Happy customer forever at Tustin Toyota
