I was very unsatisfied about the services of your company. At 1st , the guy name Alfonso Ochoa and his phone number is ****-****-xxxx came to my house, he represented Toyota company, and he told me your airbags Toyota Matrix 2004 has recalled. I have been mentioned to him my both side airbags had deployed and was due to car accident. He said “ you don’t have to worry about it we will replaced those for you at no cost” . As I believed your company has great reputation and I trust him. He made appointment for me and scheduled for me to replace my airbags at Long Go Toyota. When I arrived to long go Toyota on 10/26/19 . I met Marissa zeleya, who is serviced me. I told her second time my airbags were deployed due to car accident and I asked her did you guy fix it for me. She answered me “yes”. Two hours later, she called me back and said our technician will not be replaced your airbags because was due to accident. She told me if you want to replace your airbags you have to pay at your own costs. I am very disappointed service of your company has greatest reputation for many years as I have Been Trusted. It’s waist my time to visit this recall. I never use and believe your service and trust of your company anymore. Thanks you
