I have always been satisfied with the experience at Longo Toyota in El Monte . I have never had a bad experience until Now. I was going in for a clutch change since it was making a noice, and i was informed that it needed to be changed. I got there early and informed Miguel that I was coming in for a change of parts not a Toyota care. He continued to help me regarding the specific task. Unfortunately I guess in his perspective I was in the wrong lane and that I should’ve never been there with him. I guess he was trying to say I should’ve been in another lane and he was very upset and told me that next time I should inform the people that I’m not there for Toyota care. After that he expressed that he very upset saying his frustration out loud and Making it sound like I was giving him more work than I should have. I felt that it was very unprofessional on his point to vent to me and tell me that some other people weren’t doing their job and that was not any of my concern. I would appreciate it if he kept his professionalism. And make my stay there more pleasant. He also told me that he didn’t know how long my car was going to be there and he was in a call me shortly and he never did. He never also told me that I needed to get a rental car. He never called to follow up on the cars details. I was very upset.

My service person was very nice. I didn’t like requesting a shuttle and being told I’d have to wait 35min, which is fine, But when I asked about an Uber they said I’d have to wait a minimum of 45min. Shuttle was never ready...So after 45 min I went back to concierge and said what happened to shuttle? Oh a lot Of drivers went to lunch. I said if you knew they went to lunch and for sure I’d have to wait 45 min, why not just get me an Uber from the beginning. The 2 Concierges has no personality, not nice like I remember from longo. Even when I called for shuttle pickup today the **** the phone sounded like whatever, No real courtesy. So oil changes take 4 hrs now, shuttle service has been getting worse for awhile now. That was ok because they’d call an Uber, But now they won’t call Uber until after 45 min wait, which I don’t think happened last time. If all I need is an oil change I’ll probably go elsewhere from now on. Too much work going to Longo. Doesn’t seem worth it.
