Creo que es mucho tiempo el que se llevan para cambiar el aceite de un carro y un poco mas de 2 horas me llevo hoy esperar, lonpeor fue que otra señora llego como 35 minutos mas tarde que yo y segun su comentario no tenia cita , ella recibio su carro a tea que yo y me dijo que solo era cambio de aceite, me parece muy fuera de lugar e irreapetuoso que sucedan estas cosas , deberia. De mejorar en este sentido ya que ustedes cobran por hira mychi dinero, a nosotros los clientes nos hacen perder micho tiempo.

It took 4 hours for a recall that Toyota letter said would only take 2.5 to 3 hours. I was at Toyota dealership at 7:06 am for a 7:15am appointment. Mandi Davis was totally ready to receive me at that time and processed me immediately. Why did it take service department so long to complete their work? Fortunately I am retired and not in a hurry to get anywhere and Longo's waiting area is pretty good.

I was told there was a nail stuck in one of my tires and was unrepairable
To my amazement having experience flat tires due to nail stuck in the
rubber never knew that a tire could not be repaired ??????????? drove my car to my tire service agent and had the tire fix. imagine that ! I’m insulted that your maintenance Dept can Think people (I ) can be that stupid ! ???????????
