The maintenance was done at 230 pm and I didn’t receive any text or call from Longo. Kept me waiting whole afternoon but I didn’t push since I had few time experience that they spent 4 hours to finish the maintenance. I call the service consultant but he left already. I had to walk in the office at 530pm to ask why took so long. They said it’s done three hours ago but they don’t know why Biagio didn’t call or text
