Jeff was very polite and helpful. What I wasn’t too happy with were the young ladies helping with putting bags on seats (it was a busy, rainy Saturday). One of the ones who was driving cars to back, who i hope was actually staff, drove very fast over speed bumps...several times. Perhaps that’s why I needed alignment!

I waited four hours for a scheduled oil change and I voiced my dissatisfaction to him. Tactfully, he was apologetic for my inconvenience and explained the situation. Even though I disagreed with what he said, his apologetic respectful explanation and demeanor settled my complaint. Very good customer service skills even in a potentially bad situation.
