Juan was very courteous and I appreciated Longo setting up an uber to drive me home.
Fyi, my uber took a long, circuitous route to my house. It was fine for me, but I feel like Longo might've paid more for the ride than you should've. It's 11 miles from my house to Longo and his route was more.

Immediately upon pulling up the service drive, Monte introduced himself and greeted me with a smile and handshake. He listened carefully to my requests and made sure my car got serviced within a reasonable amount of time. Upon completion, Monte followed up with a phone call and estimated timeframe of when my vehicle will be ready for pickup.
