I drive in my car with a fully charged battery, and just needing an oil change. I asked them to check a little noise I was hearing. They checked. Told me it was my alternator and they had to jump start my vehicle twice and told me my battery would charge up again after 15 minutes. My car hasn't started since. So, I walk in needing an oil change and come out with a battery completely drained and doesn't charge up at all. I will find out exactly what happened today. How does a battery drain completely, after two hours while in there for an oil change?? It never gave me any trouble at all, before I took it in.

Martin was very friendly and accommodating and let me know exactly when my car was ready so I wasted no time. No problem with Martin whatsoever. HOWEVER, I do have a problem with the way I was treated picking up my car from the desk up front. I received a text saying my car was ready, I went. To the desk and and gave them my paper to a man who said “it’s not ready yet, give it 5-7 mins” okay, I sit down and wait for them to pull up my car. My car comes and I pick it up, Martin said the pink slip for the recall will be in my car but I remembered that the lady on the phone said to remember to just ask before you leave because it could be forgotten. It wasn’t in my car, no big deal I’m still in the lot so I park my car and head back inside to ask for my slip. The lady who helped me kept saying that my car wasn’t ready and I didn’t have any signed paper work so I can’t have it. Okay? I kept trying to explain to her that my car is ready and I have my keys in my hand but she proceeded to look at me like I’m the idiot and tell me my car wasn’t ready. She said I had no paper work and that it’s not ready and neither is my car. Until another lady at the desk jumped in and helped me get what I needed. My question is, if there’s paper work that I needed to sign at the desk why wasn’t I given it by the first man I gave my paper to? And why would they pull up my car knowing I needed all this paper work done and not have me sign and make me look stupid after? That’s my only complaint. Martin was fantastic tho and the last lady who helped me was too.

I was called to say my car was ready for pickup but when I arrived the paperwork was no where to be found and of course my service technician was out to lunch. You need to be more considerate of people's time. I was on my lunch break and if I would've known the car want ready I wouldn't have gone at that time. Also my sun glasses were missing from my car and my sun glass clip was broken. I think besides taking pictures of the outside you should start taking them off the inside too.

I only took my vehicle in for the 40,000 mile service and now it is making a loud grinding noise. I had no problems with my vehicle prior to this service. I’m sttempting to reach someone at Longo and I am having no luck. I had to drive to work this morning feeling unsafe and uncomfortable. This is very unfortunate because I have always had my vehicle service at Longo. I will continue to try to reach someone to get my vehicle repaired correctly.
