Gregg Morgan has been my service advisor for the past several years. I have been extremely satisfied with his work. I am a perfectionist when it comes to my car and he has kept my car “young”. Eric is a great service rep. But the part that was ordered for my car was the wrong part! Nothing to do with Eric! Plus my tire pressure light keeps coming on! There is either something wrong with the tire or the component...plus you need to have heaters for your guys that are outside by the customer service center and the guy that stops you to ask if you have an appointment. REALLY letting them be cold is just not right!!!
