Lid was open. Battery had anti corrosion pads on
on the posts which I didn’t authorize. Was told I needed windshield
Wipers. I Just changed them last month. I’m not upset but

Was dropping off vehicle for scheduled next day service. Edward Lopez asked if we wanted to wait, he could get the service done within an hour and save us a trip picking up the car the following day. Took the offer and was out in less than an hour! Couldn’t have asked for more since my schedule is so hectic right now.
From the time he greeted us to the time he came to the lobby to let us know it was almost done, Edward has been one of the better experiences at LONGO in a long time! Give the man a Christmas bonus!
