Teddy Chiu, Longo Assistant Service Mgr. provided me with timely, friendly and personal service attention when I recently brought my vehicle in for service. I appreciate the extra effort he made to minimize my overall service wait time on my vehicle. I was also impressed with how Longo Toyota provides updated status of all its customers’ in service via it’s modern tech display monitoring system in the service lounge area. Overall my service experience at Longo was very positive, efficient & comfortably pleasant. I only hope other Toyota dealerships in my local area provide the same level of customer service as Longo!

My service writer was great. But large amount of money spent on the car detailing needs some work. As I was on the freeway and needed my drivers mirror I could not see that clear. Both of my mirrors were cloudy and had a lot of water spots, as if they were rinsed and not wiped. The drivers window hadn’t been wiped with a dry towel, streaks and smears. First time I am disappointed
