Mandi was very professional and helpful with my concern on the noise that my Tacoma made. The technician did the test drive but he couldn’t replicated the noises so we didn’t get to solved the problem. When we get back from the test drive, the tech told Mandi that he couldn’t find the noise, but Mandi still offer me to leave the Tacoma over night for the technician to get fully inspect the vehicle but I declined and told her I’ll keep an eye out for the noise and if it still presents then I would bring it back to the dealer.
