Juan was outstanding and tried hard to solve my problem above and beyond but the service department did only $150 diagnosis and sent me to the body shop which I walked to with my walker and Juan drove my car. My automatic trunk did not open. I don’t still understand why they couldn’t diagnose and repair it! The body shop sent me back to service department to call Toyota because the item diagnosed by service department, the shock in the door was a recalled. I then used my walker and walked back and I still have to come back!

To Whom It May Concern:
I attempted to use a coupon for an oil change that was mailed to me. I was told that I needed to pay the price of a 6 cylinder oil change, even though I drove a 4 cylinder vehicle. I asked the rep to explain why that needed to happen. He told me that since my 4 cylinder vehicle needed 5.x liters of oil, the 4 cylinder coupon didn’t apply. The rep said that I had to pay the price of a 6 cylinder oil change, since the 6 cylinder oil changed would cover the amount of oil needed. He further explained that a typical Toyota Vehicle normally needs 1 liter of oil per cylinder, so my 4 cylinder vehicle could not redeem the coupon.
The coupon did not limit the amount of oil per cylinder, it was a simply 4, 6 and 8. Each had a price for oil changes, per number of cylinders. I showed the coupon to him and even told him to point out where the amount of oil was explained. He simply repeated the fact that the amount of oil I required for my 4 cylinder vehicle exceeded the amount that the coupon allowed.
It was a cold morning and in order to speed things along, I told the rep that what he was saying didn’t make sense, but to continue with what I was allowed to purchase.
