I was recommended to change my front and rear windshield wipers for my Toyota Highlander hybrid... however over the phone the service representative didn’t see it as an urgent issue but I decided to go with it anyways to prevent any headaches in the long run.. I wanted to keep my old windshield wipers since they were still in decent condition according to the rep. Upon receiving my car they told me they threw away the old windshield wipers. Was disappointed in this.

Service, much to be desired...
Windshield washer fluid, empty. Had recently changed the battery and the hood strut was fine. Now, no longer works. Got serveral recommendations for other service, but not a mention of the strut. It wasn’t even weak a few weeks ago and now nothing? Was it switched out? Should I continue to trust Longo service for my needs?
