Lack of coordination on the availability of Recall Parts between svc dept and parts. No Loaner provided by Longo Toyota-Unsatisfaoey svc. Ms Zelaya svc is outstanding. Longo Toyota should have a Loaner to issue on Recalls that requires overnight or more stay in the shop. Or issue customers a voucher for Uber svc while their car is on the shop
overnight awaiting completion svc.
