When I purchased my brand new 2020 Toyota Tacoma it was a rainy day and the sales person gave me a free car wash voucher. I really appreciated the kind and thoughtful gesture.
I made my appointment to get my truck washed at 7AM. I dropped off the vehicle and picked it up at 12PM.
The girl that helped me in the service area dropping off my truck was very helpful and friendly. But when I picked up my truck there was still scuff marks on the doors and the back bed was still dirty. I expected a better job being washed from the dealership.
