Nestor was sooo helpful - I got a warning light about a nail or low tire pressure and it was 6pm with traffic. He checked me in and took great care of my concern. He is an outstanding asset to the Longo Service Advisor team. He put me at ease and answered all my questions. They didnt check the Toyota emblem censor infront where in the dashboard appearing the collision malfunction & LDA malfunction and instead they recommend that I will pay $310 to continue further diagnostic check on my 2018 camry. So I withdraw the further diagnostic checking and bring it in the collision shop and they just remove the film covering the toyota emblem and the problem solve. How could your service mechanic/technician forgot to check the emblem before recommending such $310 fee for diagnostic procedure. It is disgusting.
