Katy really took care of us. I couldn't put off dealing with the car another day and I had to come in with my sick toddler. Katy took one look at us and started making calls to make our experience better. When it became clear we would have several hours to wait she helped us get a ride home and back arranged, even lugging our heavy car seat all the way to our ride and practically installing it for me. Terrible service. I was the second car that arrived and was in line. Got there at 630am for a 7am appointment. Finally got my car at 845am and was almost late for work. Eric did not provide the customer service that I am used to at Longo and on previous visits. I was told by customer service manager that huge oversight happened that pushed my car way back for service. Eric also told me right when he said my car was ready that it needed new air cabin filters. At 845 when I had to go. Wtf?! There is nothing I can do about it at that point. Ridiculous and so unsatisfactory customer service.
