I had an appointment at 7am. I mentioned to Sabrina I had to be at work by 9 she said my car would be ready by 8:30. I was pleasantly surprised when she called me and said my car was ready at 8:05 and to see the cashiers in about 5-10 min. I went to cashiers desk and they said they did not have my invoice. I waited about 15 minutes and then called Sabrina she said she would look into it and never called me back. I waited approximately 45 minutes after I was told my invoice would be at the cashier in 5-10 minutes. I was late to work and not to mention no one bothered to follow up with me. Not to mention the cashiers were busy discussing their personal lives and never bothered to help me. Extremely disappointed with service.
