WHEN HE GAVE ME THE RECEIPT BACK HE SAID AIR BAG LIGHT WAS STILL ON AND I HAD TO HAVE IT CHECKED..I TOLD HIM I THOUGHT THE LIGHT WAS SUPPOSE TO GO OFF NOW THAT THEY FIXED THE AIR BAG PROMBLEM..HE SAID SOME THING WAS WRONG BUT DID NOT TELL ME WHAT..I ASKED FOR SUPERVISER.HE WAS GOING TO DOUGNOSE IT.BUT CAME BACK AND SHOWED ME ON THE PAPER WHERE IT SAID WHAT WAS WRONG.THE BOY NEVER EXPLAINED IT..SHOULD BE TOLD TO TAKE BETHERE CARE OF CUSTOMERS.I TOLD SUPERVISOR I WOULD NEVER BUY AN OTHER TOYOTA AGAIN I HAVE TWO..THANK YOU.FOR LETTING ME TELL U THIS..

I would appreciate the opportunity to come in on a different day if your so backed up. I brought my grandson with me, thinking it would be a an or so. Your company took out the play area that I was counting on to keep him safe. It was quite difficult to be there for an extended period of time, without being able to leave. Of course, the car seat was in the vehicle being serviced, so I was completely stranded. Please update the play area to accommodate young children as well as 6 and up. It would be helpful.
