I specifically requested my car not to be washed because it goes thru a machine and not hand washed. Andrea did what she was supposed to and indicated not to wash. But it came out washed with a lot of mud on the sides. There were also fine marks on the paint as a result of being machine washed. I personally hand wash my car because i dont want these marks. It has to be detailed to remove these fine marks which Toyota will do or pay for per Andrea’s confirmation and her manager’s approval. This was promptly and professionally handled which I really appreciate. I preferred to just have it the detailing done by toyota.
