My appointment was on 10:30 AM and I arrived 15 mins. early. I was told the service will takes about 1.5 hour and or two max. I told her I’ll wait at Longo. At 12:37, I received a call from the service representative, told me the car has not started the service and They will need additional 45 mins to complete. I was not happy at all with this call after 2 hrs. of waiting at Longo! I already scheduled a lunch meeting with my business associates. I have to leave!!! Wasted two hours of my Sunday!!!

I had a 7am appointment that I made over a week before. I arrived at 6:40 and was approximately the 10th car in line. We were there before the service team opened the lines. Cars began to come out of service and people’s names called. Not mine.
At 9am I received a call saying the car was good, no recommendations and he’d have it out in the next 15 min. At 9:20 I receive a text stating my car is complete and ready to come home. The associates working the service cashiers desk say the car isn’t ready. I text the number back, twice. No response. I go track Bruce down at 9:47 and he says the car is complete and thought I left.
3 hrs for a simple oil change. I arrived early for the earliest appointment and at least 50 people’s names were called before mine. Completely dissatisfied.

Teddy went above and beyond to ensure that the tires on my car was usable. Teddy asked the Tire Specialist Vidal to take a look, when he did not even have to. Teddy provided great guest service. Teddy had a great personality even at 7am on a Saturday morning.

They replaced a part that did not need to be changed. Which i strongly believe that the “new” part that needed to be replaced was damaged due to them replacing a part that did not need to be replaced. I strongly believe this because my vehicle was not making a “ hissing” noise prior to me taking it in to long for the initial repair. This MISTAKE caused me an additional $1400 and should be refunded 100% or at least half what i was charged. This is unacceptable for a dealership build of its reputation for satisfying long time Toyota Clients. when we should expect the HIGHEST service and diagnostics! Im very unhappy.
