My service rep (Agustin Jauregui) did a fantastic job. My problem is with the service technician. I had a 8:30 appointment for standard services (oil change, tire rotation, fluids) and was told the car would take until noon to be done. Personally, I think 3.5 hours is a ridiculous wait time for minor service. The irrigating thing is that the car wasn't done until 12:52 PM, almost 1 hour late! On top of that, my radio was changed to Power 106. I don't pay you to listen to my radio or to waste half a day on an oil change. This is very frustrating and it makes me wonder if there are better service options elsewhere.

When my car brought up after being service it was dirty and white powdery stuff was all in the front and he took the car back to the tech and had them clean it up. Although the clouding in the lens he said could not be fixed.
