When I went to pay because the car was finished the girl that processed the paperwork did not go over the charges with me. When I looked at the bill and pointed out I did not understand the numbers assigned to the brakes the girl seemed a bit put off that she needed to explain it to me. In the past the cashier always went over the bill. Kinda showed that they care. Maybe I’m just getting old and miss how things use to be done.Also I was tired and was told I needed a 50,000 mile service at 55,000 miles. I had the 50,000 mile service done when it was needed. My husband took it to La Puente Toyota. I did not realize this until all was said and done. I feel I was taken advantage of. Service has not been the same these past few years.
