Service took 4 hours to complete, while I waited. Service completed after svc dept closed- finished around 5:50 ish instead of 5:30.
Tire pressure adjusted to 35 psi caused flat tire warning to flash then stay on. Filling to pressure =40 psi fixed problem. I should NOT have to Adjust tire pressure after svc
Liquid is leaking from underside of car while parked. Approx 100 -500 mL in a two hour time frame. Was not running air conditioner prior to stopping car.
Everyone apologized when apologies would have been in-necessary if svc has been done timely and correctly.
Worst svc experience even though staff remained courteous. I chose Longo based on previous good svc and amenities. Will not be returning or recommending. If management would like to comp me an oil change (pittance) or any other free svc, it must be for alternate dealership. Will be sending letter to president and svc director.
