But, in your cashier area you had two cashiers working and like eleven people waiting to pay. I don’t know if employees called in sick or not, but while I was waiting in line to pay, my name was announced in a second round as if I didn’t respond to the first announcement. It’s usually MUCH more efficient. I’m not sure what happened yesterday.

Edward Lopez provided me with outstanding customer service, he was courteous and attentive and friendly.
As a woman it can be daunting going into a dealership and to get service and maintenance on a car. Edward made me feel heard and understood. He ended up being able to explain an axel problem to the mechanic when words failed me. An order was placed for the part,he communicated all of this with me and scheduled the appointment to service the car.
