Orginally I brought my truck in for an oil change. I arrived at 7:30am and my truck was taken in at 7:40 am. I advised Dennis that I had to be gone by 10AM. There were two recalls on my truck so I advised Dennis that I wouldn't be able to have them completed if it pushed me beyond the 10am deadline that I had set. He assured me that wouldn't be an issue and it would be best to do the recalls first, then complete the oil change. Around 10:10am I see my truck, so I asked the status of it and was advised that the oil change hadn't even STARTED. After I brought this to the attention of the cashier, she must have said something because they started the oil change right away. Convenient. My truck was finished around 10:50 am, just about a hour after I was promised. My wife is in an anatomy class in college on Saturdays, this day happened to be an exam that she was late for. Completely unacceptable. I'll never return to this terrible dealership.
