I don't know what has to do replace all kinds of filters in a regular service i.believe that the service man that is in the service dpt.is doing worng i.don't know why he try to do a radiator flash that's for old cars i.don't even think that this man know enythiting about new vehicles

I came in for a simple oil change and mud flaps install. But when I got there, I was told the work would be complete in 2 hours because there was a factory recall that needed to be repaired. When I set the appointment, it would have been nice to have been informed of said recall. So I decided to wait the 2 hours to be done since I had no other choice. After 3.5 hours later, I finally got my car back. Without so much as a "we are sorry this has taken longer than expected, is there anything we can do... would you like a ride anywhere...". I have purcahsed two cars from MKSmith because the sales team are wonderful to work with, but every time I bring in my car for service, the service department is underwhelming at best.
