The oil change price went up and even with the coupon of 29.95 with the upgrade in oil and adding 1 more quart the price cane to be amost 48.00. I had Andrew help me as Davis was not there when I checked out. The tire pressure was not reset and so the one tire that was at 40 was moved to the front and still at 40. Needless to say no one verified the tire pressure was correct on all 4 tires. Andrew adjusted the air and reset the tire pressure gage and made up for it. Again as a long time customer with MK Smith it was disappointing today. There are many options and choices for service available I hate to go else where.

My service advisor was excellent. He did everything in his power to make this a good experience. The detail staff however were extremely slow. I came in for a detail. I left with a really good car wash that took 9 hours to complete. I don't know what took so long. There was no wax, polish, shampooing, or leather treatment that took place. There should be no reason that this couldn't be done in a couple of hours even if they had waxed it which they didn't.
