He made the experience completely comfortable and he knowledgeable. As a single female I have always hated doing car repair type things. It was fast and easy with his help.
The work was done efficiently too.

Andrew was great once again. However, it said on my service receipt that my tired pressure was checked per "CA law" and this is not true. My tire was low when I took it in and I planned om getting air afterwards, but when I read the summary it said it was done. When I got my car back it was not done. I don't mind if it's not included but if it was supposed to be done by law, it was in fact not and I snapped a picture of my PSI reading in mt dashboard when I got in. Didn't bother calling back. But Andrew was great as I said.

Dennis is great. The technicians not so much. Truck says it still needs an oil change. I had one working key remote and one not working. Now I have one new one working a one old one that was working and now it does not work so I am not in a better position. Now I have to crawl under my truck and see if the other repairs were actually done and done right. I expect way better results for over a 1,000.00 spent.
