I had a door handle replaced and pry marks were left on the inside of my door where the plastic cover is located. Also it would be nice when a new part is installed that it looks like it's brand new. For example no finger prints or smudges. And I think being in the automotive industry your employees need to use floor matts and seat covers while in the vehicle.

David was really nice. It just took to long just to get a diagnose on a check engine light on. Took all day from 7.30 to 5pm. Also left a message in finance dept for a question around 11am. Left a quick question with my call back number but they never called me back. That just tells me they just don't care.
