This was the first time having my vehicle serviced at MK SMITH. Andrew helped me he went over the vehicle inspection sheet and informed what it needs to have replaced. I was actually surprised that he wasn't pushy or rude about it as my past experience has been with a Chevy dealer staff at a different location. Andrew, was courteous and professional. Definitely will be having the car serviced at MK SMITH from now on. The cashier was also courteous.
