You replaced my front brakes for the first time at 34,500.... Less than 17,500 miles later I need new front brakes... again. Andrew your service advisor claims it's a heavy vehicle and it all has to do with how we drive. I call BS on this and I am so disappointed in having to change my front brakes again. 360 for a front brake job when I just got them done by your dealership in July of 2015 and like I said they have 17,500 miles on them!? No thanks. I'm going elsewhere for the job. You guys really disappoint and shame on me for letting you con me into having you change them the first time. Great way to lose trust in you as I have relied on you in the past for other services. You completely lost my confidence.
