Robert never contacted me about my car or the status of my car, I had to call him numerous times. He originally told me that it was the window motor that wasn't working, come to find out it was just the master switch. He had my car for a week and the only information I recieved was the text messages saying my car would be done the following day. Robert then proceeded to tell me that the number on file was the wrong number which is why he couldn't contact me, when he had my email and I was recieving texts. When I came to pick up my car, he didn't give me any information until I waited for him at his office. He also told me the price for the switch was a lot cheaper than what I paid. When I was paying for my service, my car was left running an unattended in the service area where anyone could have accessed it. While going to my car, no one questioned if it was even my car, meaning it could have been anyone going up to my car. I believe that it is completely unprofessional that I had to wait a week and did not get any feedback on my car until I reached out.
