Friendly & went the extra mile for me by inquiring on warranty possibility for one of the problems I went in there for. 1.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation is rediculous. I had a 7am appt and was the first car in for service. They were also supposed to do a courtesy wash and didnt. They also left the protective plastic, paper floor mat and service tag in the vehicle.
