Robert promised me a part. After months of contacting him he tells me I need to pay in order to fix problem I originally paid for. Not satisfied with him. Overall MK Smith is a good place to get vehicle serviced.

I arrived at 8:15 am. My truck was not ready until 12:00 pm. When I replied to the first text notification asking when my vehicle would be ready a man came out and started looking for my truck and yelling at the techs asking what happened to the truck and telling them how long the truck had been there. I watched them move my truck into the bay and complete the oil change and tire rotation that took less than 30 minutes. 3 hours and 15 minutes my truck was left untouched while I waited. I am aware that Saturday can be a very busy day but this was a terrible experience for an oil change that should have taken less than 30 mintues , 1 screw to be tightened on a mud flap oh and an update to my apple play which was not done while it was sitting in the bay completely untouched. My son and I sat there all morning watching while nothing was done with my truck.

I feel your service representative mislead me by telling me the sidewall of a tire had a nail it and the tire was not repairable. When I picked up the car I asked to see the damaged tire and there was NO damage to the sidewall, there was a nail clearly in the tire tread. Manufacture has instructions on line for plugging their tires.
Then I am told it is against the dealerships policy to plug a tire, that should have been said from the start. This car was delivered to me with low air pressure on this very tire.
Olso there was some confusion on availability of a replacement, was told it would take a week for a replacement tire, really? Brought car in at 9 and car was not ready until 4:30, a whole day for one tire

Jennifer was great she told me it would take about an hour and a half so we scheduled the girl to take me home when she came I saw them drive my car in so she asked the mechanic and he said would be a half an hour that was at 20 after one about a half hour later I saw my car drive around to get washed I waited an hour after that Dennis went back there and told him to wash my car they still didn't bring it out so Jennifer went and got it gave it to me I think there I drove off and noticed my computer had not been set to show me my oil usage had to come back to have the mechanic reset that I was not happy
