Yes. M K Smith did a great job. They were honest. Mark Christopher said my car needed a a/c hose. They quoted me 880. I did not have them repair it. They charged me 135 to diagnose my car. Took it to M K Smith & they told me my hose is fine not leaking, that all I need is a port. Only 263 to fix. M K Smith gained a new customer. Mark Christopher lost a customer.

The running board on the passenger side was tweaked and the bolts were cranked. Two of the bolts were striped and 3 of the four retainer clips were broken. This was obviously caused by the lift system used to elevate the truck for service. I only noticed after driving away because of the loud rattling coming from the step bar bouncing up and down as I drove. When I went back to complain the service office was closed for the night. This is my first time at your dealership and I am very strongly inclined to voice a negative review on yelp and Google as to this poor experience in care for my property
