Dennis is the best of your service staff to deal with. There have been multiple occasions when I believe the servicing personnel are not very thorough and what they do. On one occasion my windows were left open during a downpour. Another occasion my tires were extremely over inflated, in this most recent service there was a little cover piece for jacking up the car was left dangling. So, enclose yes Dennis is great to deal with, but you’re servicing personnel need to put A little more effort into customer satisfaction if you expect to receive a completely satisfied survey

Had the truck all day for a service, checked the tire pressure when I left and it was different on each tire. Charged for Def. fluid 25.00 and I personally just refilled a day before which I mentioned to Jennifer. This is the second time I advised the service dept. that the rear view camera was faulty and it was still not repaired.
