i dropped off my Silverado at 8:20am and was told it would be ready and washed by noon. i arrived at 2pm and was told my truck was getting washed. i waited till 2:30pm and my Silverado was delivered to me unwashed. As well, the technicians were unable to perform a tire rotation. This service was definitely not worth the $70 i paid for a simple oil change. I’m totally not happy with the service provided at MK Chevrolet.

Went out of their way to avoid any kindof warranty issues on my 2 month old truck with 2500 miles. Very small part on my 60,000$ truck with an extended warranty. Way to put an unsatisfied taste in my mouth over such a small thing. Very disappointed from the scheduling and appointment to the final outcome. Somehow even had to pay 100$ even though it should have been covered with factory warranty not to mention the extra warranty I pay for monthly.

Andrew is always helpful and courteous- to be frank, when he’s not there, my exoectations drop a bit. This is because in my experience there is a contrast between him and the other service personnel. The young woman at the cashier counter is also always courteous and professional - and very upbeat. That’s definitely a rare bird as they say, especially these days. These two employees should be commended and rewarded for their hard work.

Dennis is not only an excellent service righter but he goes beyond the call of duty to take care of his clients. He makes you feel that you have a friend at M.K. Smith. It will be a sad day for myself and others when the day comes that he retires. Since the purchase of my first vehicle from MK Smith in 1998 I have had nothing but good service writers but Dennis's shoes will be tough to fill.
