I was not happy with my experience. I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation and I waited 3 hours for my vehicle. The gentleman that signed my car in when I got there listed 2 hours for the wait time and he told me he just put that but it would probably be less than that. The whole point of making an appointment is so that it didn't take this long.
