I was so disappointed with the service I received!!! I had an appt at 11:15 for an oil change. I was there THREE hours. Never did the associate come and let me know the progress or let me know it would run later than the hour they told me. Their Christmas party was priority from what I understand. To add insult to injury the associate did come after almost three hours to tell me my car was done but that the car did not yet get washed!! She asked if I would still like to wait for a car wash. She already made me late to pick up my daughter from school. I didn't have another three hours to waste there. And I was asking to get my brakes done there. No way!
