Unable to determine nose coming from engine said it was normal for camaro but when asked to start another camaro the sound didn't exist.

I had a 1030am oil change appt. it took nearly 4 hours. I specifically go to your dealership for the oil change in lieu of pep boys or jiffy lube wher I can spend 1/2 the amount of money ( because pep boys matches other coupons) and be out in 30 mins.
