Everyone I interacted with was amazing but 2 hours for a oil change ??? I have two other vehicles one a ford and one a Toyota and the Toyota takes 30 mins to get changed and the Ford is usually 30-45 mins. Cmon Chevy please don’t totally fall behind.
Also I seen a ton of older mechanics smoking 4 times. I guess smoke breaks are more of a priority than the customers. If this occurs one more time this dealership will have lost my business
