Jennifer is and was awesome. Kept in contact and got the job done. Just some little stuff. -went 50 miles in my car and left tank empty. -the rental car had so little gas that I coasted into a gas station 2 miles away. -took my stuff out of back net including net and just tossed about. -outside car had several dirty hand smudges. -I have a hybrid Volt and they only put a half charge?

I was surprise that the mechanic and service guy didn't mention to me that I had a problem with my "Gasket" which explains the oil leak until David looked at it. Now I have to begin it back next Monday with a higher cost. Not happy.

I RECEIVED A TEXT AT 1040am, that service was complete and my truck was ready to go. It wasn't until 1123am that they called my cellphone to let me know. At 1143 they release the truck to me.The wait was too long. The outcome of the work, I'm satisfy.

Came in for 2nd key that was put on a due bill for the 2016 Tahoe we just purchased. The original key we had was returned damaged, (rubber silicon is now torn and cracked) and the new key was not programmed when I got home after spending 7 hours in the service department. We did ask for additional items. Centering of the steering wheel, and I do not see any difference. Programming of Android capability on My Link..that was completed. We did get a tray installed in center console, although paperwork shows one is being ordered for 50$ (I'm happy with the tray but confused with the paperwork) and one of the back seats feels broken and is making a popping sound that may be a safety hazard, and after staying in the waiting room for about 5 of the 7 hours, I'm not looking forward to bringing my car back next week to have the seat looked at by an upholstery person. My confidence level is not too high, and my overall satisfaction is fairly low.
