The only thing I did not like was, I received a coupon in the mail from MKSmith for an oil change. When I presented the coupon I was told the coupon was no good because the coupon was for conventional oil. All new cars don't use conventional oil. I feel like I was duped ( the old bait & switch).

I came in at around 7.45am, because the vehicle was letting me know it needed air in the tire, but I wanted to make sure there wasn’t a nail in the tire. Dennis later said there was. The problem is I didn’t get out until 11:00 am.
I usually don’t have this problem with MK Smith. If you didn’t have the tire I would’ve appreciated that I would be informed about it. When I went to go ask why was it taking so long the young lady informed me that they wee waiting for the tire . I did miss an appointment for work.
