Just talked to Curtis McCoy. We picked up the truck at 2:00PM today (11/22/17) after having it in your shop for 3.5 weeks. Throughout the time in the shop we have experienced nothing but problems, from quoting to management and service. Every phone call received was another problem and trying to quote more.Now, we are 130 miles into our trip to the river for Thanksgiving and there is a loud rattling from the fuel injectors. We are very disappointed in your service team and general manager. We left him a message today around noon and never received a call back. The truck will be back in your shop assuming that it doesn't break down into limp mode. In that case, it will be towed back at your expense. I expect a call back asap ****-****-xxxx.
