I always bring my truck into Mk smith and Dennis has always taken very good care of me . Making sure that my truck is taken care of and getting me in and out in the fastest possible way. Dennis is an "A" one service advisor he is the best

Just a suggestion, I have a BMW repair business been in the business for over 50 years satyr stand customer service oh well. Your billing is not very clear you use numbers and codes abbreviations 4 part names for the lame and experience customer it would be better to be simple terms air filter oil filter oil so on. Or have one section page itemized parts simple language labor simple language how is the best way to be clear with customers understanding and this fast pace abbreviating everything thank you will see you again EDD Ed's BMW service

I dropped my car off because the battery have was going up and down while driving. They also checked my concern on why my RPM was going high while driving. I picked up my car and received a new starter. But had to return my car the very next day because my A/C stopped working. I spoke with David within 5 min of picking up my car the first time. But Don- the service manager felt it was my responsibility to pay for the repair . VERY UNHAPPY DROPPING MY CAR OFF IN WORKING CONDITION AND PICKING IT UP WITH AN ADDITIONAL PROBLEM!
