I just had my truck serviced at MK Smith for oil change tire rotation and check pressure and resecure the leather seat for the third time.
Jason the service rep was exceptional but the oil job was sloppy,they didn't wipe off the oil surrounding the drain when done. They didn't rotate the tires as reported and didn't check air pressure still have one tire low. They did secure the leather (hope it holds this time)
They had the truck all day and didn't do the work as requested. I really doubt I'll be back. SAD because my wife is in the market for a new SUV.

2nd visit to service for same issue without resolution. Charged for diagnostic that did not occur. You failed to diagnose the problem and charged me for the effort. The car exhibited the same failure on the drive home. Really not happy with your service or attention to diagnose the faulty component on a critical safety element in my car. I paid $2800 on extended warranty from your dealer and since you did not find the issue, I am stuck with a potentially dangerous condition when I transition on freeway turns. I did not have this problem when the vehicle was new and obviously something is wrong. When I questioned your service advisor, he was rude and said I did not mention this when I brought the vehicle in. I’m am absolutely disgusted that you were able to duplicate the problem and yet did not repair my car. Really not cool.
