I had to bring my car to be serviced for a recall and check engine light.
My tire pressure was 19 when I came and when I left it was at 20 so my tires were never filled to the law standard. I did not receive an orange slip for the recall being completed so I have to make another trip to dealership when this should of been provided at the time of service. Overall will not be coming back here again

I Had an appointment today at 8 o’clock December 20, 2018. For a oil change. I got there at
7:47 AM and Jennifer hunt said that My vehicle will be ready at 9:30 am. . My vehicle wasn’t ready at the promise time. They gave me back my vehicle later time, not at the promise time. Not happy At all. I also talk to Dan the service manager. But he really didn’t care. I didn’t get the high-quality service.

The only problem is your shuttle no longer leaves at 7:40. I arrived at 715. I was told at 745 she would be in by 800. 805 and still no shuttle. I told them I was going to be late for my meeting. Thankfully one of the service people was able to drive me. I was supposed to be there at 800. Didn't arrive until almost 815. I arrived just as the meeting was about to start. Please reconsider your shuttle hours. Thank you

Dennis ,has retired he was a very good person to deal with , Robert seems to have the same qualities as Dennis , he ( Robert ) does a fantastic job .
I’m disappointed again in the service from the mechanics they seem to rush through the checklist and not really taking care of business , my tires needed air to be inflated 35 pounds all four tires at 30 pounds ( I went around the block came back and they put 35 pounds of air in all four tires)
My car didn’t get washed after service?
I have been doing service at your dealership for 4+ years I have to say that Fernando does a fantastic job I always see him there in the morning and he is “ GO” from the start to the finish he’s always hustling , pleasant person to talk to and he does a fantastic job .
