Robert was awesome. I didn’t anticipate the vehicle taking a few days and needed my sons goalie stick out of the back for a tournament this weekend. First time buyer, first time at Service. We had a scheduled 9AM appointment on Saturday, December 22 for an oil change and wheel alignment. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the lack of communication from Service that resulted in our car being held overnight, services incomplete without our knowledge - no call or text. On our own we followed up to learn that not only was our car being held overnight, Service was closed the following day. We had to chase down our car through Sales and just per chance were able to track down the key to Service to access our car. We missed an outing with our family for the holidays and if not for being persistent, we would have missed another. We have a family of five with small children so without our Traverse we are immobile. All said and done, we received our car as well as a call and text from Jason, Service manager to apologize. We hope this is an exceptional case. We will give it one more chance as we received a complimentary service offered as corrective action. Otherwise, will be switching dealerships.
